Ashley is a Medicaid program and health policy leader with 13 years of experience strategically operationalizing health policy projects and programs for healthcare organizations in the United States, primarily in California. She has spent time working with state agencies, Medicaid managed care plans, county mental health plans, public and private hospital systems, and healthcare start-ups on a national level targeting improvements to healthcare access for Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and her Masters of Science in Health Care Administration from the California State University, East Bay.
